Primer Red is a color found in practically every culture, appearing in everything from Venetian palaces to Vietnamese temples, where red earths were plentiful and relatively easy to come by. Use it for rustic pieces or as a base for sophisticated colors like Château Grey or Versailles. It also works beautifully under guilding wax.
The 4 ounce sample pot can cover between 14 and 17 square feet of surface. That equates to about 2 to 3 dining chairs...maybe more depending on how thick you apply your paint and how many coats you need. And actually if you thin it with a little water ~ it will go even further!
